The Croft at Bourne recently held a plant sale to raise money for the resident’s gardening club. For those with green fingers, there was a wide range of decorative garden plants on offer!
Larkfleet senior sales executive Maureen Dickens said: “The Croft has a thriving gardening club. It is just one of the resident-led initiatives at The Croft which Larkfleet Homes is delighted to support. The plant sales gave residents and visitors alike a chance to buy something new for their gardens and raise some funds for the club.”
Several visitors took the opportunity to have a look around the development. The Croft is an exclusive community for those aged 55 and over in the heart of Bourne. It offers a selection of one, two and three-bedroom properties including villas, bungalows and chalet bungalows, all arranged around attractively landscaped gardens and courtyards.
The focal point of the development is the ‘manor house’ which was formerly a large private house but has now been restored to offer a community hub for use by home owners at The Croft.
The Croft has been developed as a joint venture by Larkfleet Homes and Keystone Developments. It can be found at North Road, Bourne, Lincolnshire PE10 9AS.
