The Larkfleet Group has launched LarkPoint, a joint venture with Charterpoint Development Ltd, which will provide turn key development of health care and retirement living facilities.
LarkPoint is currently planning a number of projects, including nursing homes, extra care facilities and medical centres.
Karl Hick, managing director of Larkfleet Group, will be one of the directors of the company along with Giles Nursey from Charterpoint.
