Larkfleet Homes has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Samantha (Sam) Hart as head of sales.
She has joined Larkfleet Homes to lead the sales department and her role will include managing the growth of the team as the company cements its reputation as a developer with expertise in developing larger sites. Sam will also be responsible for the appraisal of new and potential developments and planning successful marketing campaigns which are key to ensuring sales are secured.
In addition, Sam will oversee the various schemes that Larkfleet offers to help customers purchase their new home. These include the successful ‘part exchange’ scheme, under which Larkfleet will buy a customers’ existing home.
Sam has gained valuable experience with roles at housebuilder Persimmon Homes, at property consultants Bidwells and most recently at Avant Homes.

Outside of work, Sam is keen on pursuing outdoor activities. She enjoys skiing and bike riding and is also undertaking her own property renovation project.
