Larkfleet Homes is launching a public consultation on proposals for a development of approximately 350 new homes on land off Glatton Road, Sawtry.

Larkfleet Homes is bringing forward proposals for up to 110 new homes, a proportion of which would be ‘affordable homes’, on land north of Manning Road, Bourne.

Bourne, Lincolnshire-based housebuilder Allison Homes has officially opened a new show home in Oakley Rise near Corby.

Larkfleet Homes is backing ‘New Homes Week’, organised by the Home Builders Federation, which runs from 16 to 22 May. Larkfleet – which includes the Allison Homes brand – is an award-winning builder with expertise in developing larger sites and age-exclusive housing as well as family and ‘starter’ homes.
