Developer Larkfleet Homes has welcomed the decision by a court which allows it to mount a legal challenge to the building of the Grantham Southern Quadrant Relief Link Road (SQLR). Lord Justice Sullivan has given Larkfleet permission to take its case to the Court of Appeal.
